R2-D2 Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the R2-D2 Discord bot ("the Bot") provided by Moneo ("the Company"). By accessing or using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Bot.

1. Account Creation:

   • In order to use the Bot, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

   • You are responsible for all content, messages, and activities that occur through your use of the Bot.

   • All intellectual property rights in the Bot, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to the Company.

   • You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Bot or any of its components without prior written consent from the Company.

4. Limitation of Liability:

   • The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Bot's reliability, availability, or suitability for your specific needs.

   • In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Bot.

5. Termination:

   • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

   • Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Bot.

6. Governing Law:

   • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of San Francisco County, California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Changes to the Terms:

   • The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of the Terms.
